Company: First Taste Ventures Ltd. (“Dinary,” “we,” “our,” “us”)

This is a Beta Version of the Dinary application. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Dinary Beta, you agree to these Beta Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Beta Service Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that Dinary is currently in a limited-release Beta testing phase. The service may be incomplete, contain bugs, and is subject to significant changes or discontinuation at any time without notice.
Your participation is voluntary and intended to help us test, evaluate, and improve the service.

Eligibility

You are at least the age of majority in Ontario (13 years or have parental consent).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beta account and password.

User Content & Feedback

Ownership: By uploading or posting content (including photos, text, ratings, reviews, or other material), you retain ownership of your content.
License to Dinary: You grant Dinary a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and create derivative works from your content for any purpose related to providing, promoting, improving, and operating Dinary — including in future products, features, or partnerships. This license survives even if you delete your account or the Beta ends.
Operational Copies: You agree that we may keep copies of content for operational, backup, moderation, beta analysis, or legal purposes.
Beta Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, concepts, or improvements you provide regarding the Beta app ("Feedback") become the sole property of Dinary. You hereby assign all rights, title, and interest in such Feedback to Dinary and agree to assist us in securing such rights if requested. We may use this Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

Use of the Beta Service

You agree to use Dinary Beta responsibly and not to:
- Post illegal, harmful, offensive, or irrelevant content.
- Harass, impersonate, or mislead others.
- Upload content you don’t have rights to (including copyrighted or trademarked material).
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or exploit the platform or its underlying technology.
- Share access to the Beta service with unauthorized users or disclose confidential features to the public.
We may remove or restrict any content or Beta access at our sole discretion.

Community Guidelines

Dinary Beta is focused on food and dining experiences.
Posts that contain hate speech, harassment, threats, spam, sexually explicit material, or unrelated commercial promotion are not allowed.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Beta access.

Data & Privacy

By using Dinary Beta, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal data.
We may use and share aggregated and anonymized data for analytics, research, advertising, and commercial purposes.
Due to the nature of Beta testing, we may collect additional usage data and error logs to improve service stability and performance.

Beta Rewards, Promotions & Partnerships

Dinary may introduce beta-specific rewards, achievements, or third-party promotions.
Participation is optional and may be subject to additional terms.
We are not responsible for third-party offers or fulfillment.
Any beta rewards or benefits are offered on an "as-is" basis and may be revoked or modified at any time.

Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All rights to Dinary’s trademarks, logos, designs, features, software, and the overall concept, design, and functionality of the Beta app are and shall remain the exclusive property of Dinary and its licensors.
The Beta app, including its look, feel, and any non-public features, constitutes valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Dinary.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Beta app, or use our proprietary information for any purpose other than participating in this Beta test, without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Dinary Beta is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any user-generated content or the service itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ontario and Canada, in no event shall Dinary, its directors, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Beta app.
Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Beta service shall not exceed 1 Canadian dollars (CAD $1.00).

Termination of Beta Access

We may suspend or terminate your Beta account and access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
You may stop using Dinary Beta at any time. Requesting deletion of your account will remove your personal info from active systems, but your posts and non-personal Feedback may remain as outlined in Section 3.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Beta Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the Beta app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Beta service shall be exclusively resolved by the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
